Depositing via credit/debit card

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the green Deposit link at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Credit Card payment method on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Fill in the amount you wish to deposit.
  • Enter your card details.
  • Enter your billing information.
  • Click Submit.

Once your deposit is approved, you’ll get a confirmation notice and a transaction receipt will be sent to your email. Please make sure the credit card details you provided are valid and complete.

Depositing via bank wire

To wire funds directly into your Opteck trading account, all you have to do is provide your bank with our company’s bank account details. Choose one of these two methods:

  • Print our banking details.
  • Have the details sent directly to your inbox.

Once the wire transaction is approved, a detailed invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that the invoice submission may take 3-5 business days.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the green Deposit link at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Skrill/Neteller/Western Union/other payment method on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Fill in the amount you wish to deposit.
  • Enter your billing information.
  • Click Submit.

You will then be redirected to the selected company’s site, where you’ll have to log in to your account and confirm the deposit. Once the e-money transaction is approved, a detailed invoice will be emailed to you.

Important guidelines

We use state of the art security measures to ensure that your deposit process is safe and encrypted.

  • Before you make your first deposit, you must first complete a short application form. This application helps us in assessing your financial knowledge for future support.
  • In case of a credit card deposit, we require a photo/scan of your card (back and front) to avoid cyber fraud. It's advised to obscure all but the last 4 digits and the CVV number.
  • We send detailed invoices of every deposit you make via email.
  • All your transactions are private and protected with SSL.

We make sure you get to enjoy your success as quickly as possible. Our withdrawal process is simple, fast and safe.

Withdrawing your funds

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the Trading Room button on the upper right side of the screen.
  • Click on your name in the upper right corner, then click the Withdrawal link.
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Click Withdraw.

Once your request is approved, your funds will be sent to you using the same payment method that you used to deposit. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please note: you can cancel your withdrawal within 48 hours of your initial request.

Monitoring your withdrawals

Check your withdrawal history on our Recent Withdrawals table. The date, time, amount and status of every withdrawal (pending, approved and cancelled) is clearly displayed. You can see this table on your Withdrawal page.

Payment methods for withdrawals

When you withdraw funds from your Opteck account, your initial investment will be returned via the same payment system with which you originally deposited the money. Your profits may be withdrawn by any payment method that is currently accepted by Opteck. For example: You invested $5,000 using your VISA card, and then gained an extra $2,000 from profitable trades. If you choose to withdraw your $7,000, your initial investment of $5000 will be credited back to the source – your VISA card. The $2,000 profit can be credited to any payment method from our list.

Important: Please verify your credit/debit card before requesting to withdraw funds.

Withdrawal minimum and timeframe

You must request your withdrawal in the currency which you selected when you registered with Opteck (USD/GBP/EUR). The minimum withdrawal amount is $/£/€100 for bank wire transfer and $/£/€50 for any other payment method.

Our finance department aims to process of withdrawal from 3-4 days, but your chosen payment service may require additional time to complete their side of the transaction.
Please note: As an additional security precaution confirmation with your account manager is required to complete your withdrawal.

Our financial team approves and processes withdrawal requests within 3-4 business days. Nevertheless, the money will only be displayed in your bank statement several days later, since the withdrawal procedure also requires your credit card company and bank’s approval.

Withdrawal fees

Platinum and Black account holders are granted their first withdrawal free of charge.

A service fee of 3.5% is charged on all other withdrawals. In the event that this percentage equals an amount of $30 or below, the trader will be charged a standard $30 withdrawal fee. The maximum service fee for a single withdrawal is capped at $3,500.

Service fees for wire withdrawals will be charged to the beneficiary.

Verification process

For your security you must verify your Opteck account before withdrawing funds. Verification is a fast and simple process.

Upload a clear colour scan/photo of the following documents:

  • Proof of identity (ID card, driver’s license, passport).
  • Proof of residence (gas/electricity/home phone bill, bank statement).
  • If you deposited funds via credit/debit card, scan and upload the front and back side of the card. It’s advised to obscure the last 4 digits on the front and the CVV number on the back.
